Two people stopped in front of cafe with scooters parked out front. One of the thieves went to steal one of the scooters, but he didn't notice a woman that was watching his every step from afar. As soon as the thief started reversing the scooter, she ran and stopped the bike and started calling for help. With all the neighbors running out they managed to catch the thief and hold him until police arrived.
