As two workers unload large tiles from a truck, one worker grabs a tile while standing on the truck bed edge. Suddenly the whole pile topples, sending him to the ground. One tile falls flat on his head, saving his life, while the rest of them keep falling down. As his coworker runs to him and frees him from under the rubble, the man is able to sit up in pain. He was taken later into a hospital for treatment with back injuries.
