Worker caught in fall from construction

As a worker lifts a loaded cartwheel on top of a construction site with a small manual crane, the crane gets overloaded and topples. It drags the worker with it off the building. His coworker jumps and grabs his arm, holding him in the air until others come and help to lift him up.
