A man drove through a neighborhood with his two small dogs in his car as he wanted to take a picture of a sunset. When he got out of his car to take a photo, a woman who lives on the street started yelling racist things at him, telling him to "go back where he came from" and complaining that his dogs were loud (as dogs in the neighborhood had barked at them.) A man in a green shirt walks away.
