A bodycam video shows a woman in a stolen van backing into a patrol car, defying officers’ commands, and then flinging a cup full of urine and throwing it at one officer’s face. She was ultimately subdued after backup officers shattered her window and arrested her on multiple charges including assault and possession of the stolen vehicle.
