Woman gets rescued from canal after fall

A woman loses control of an electric scooter, hits a pile of bricks and falls in a canal. As the scooter sinks with lights still visible underwater, she calls for help. Fortunately the local residents heard her fast and rushed to her help, pulling her out of the cold waters with a help of a pole.
