Police body camera footage after officers were called to a mobile phone store when a woman who had returned three days in a row would not stop harassing employees. After causing a disturbance in the store she sat in her car honking the horn demanding service. When officers arrive she talks to them briefly before getting back in her car. They wrap on the window and tell her she cant' leave and ask why she is cussing at workers in the store. She replies, "I'm all shook up, I ain't going nowhere." She then argues with the officer and continues to honk on the horn before defiantly before being arrested and screaming at the officers.
