Wanted man walks into cafe straight to cops

Officers make multiple attempts to arrest a wanted man while he is out walking, but he escapes by running onto a freeway on two separate occasions. During a third attempt, officers are taking a break at a fast-food restaurant when the wanted man unexpectedly walks in. The officers quickly take him into custody without another chase. After the arrest, they return to their meal and finish eating.
