A waitress delivering soup and another woman entered the elevator. For some reason the elevator was not moving, so the waitress decided to exit the cabin. At this moment the elevator went up with its door open. The woman tried to stop the waitress, but it was too late. She managed to jump out a split second before she would be crushed. According to the sounds she also dropped the tray and soup on the floor.
