A man with warrants is being arrested on the side of the road when an officer tells him to have a seat on the ground. however the suspect flees on foot, running across a roadway as the officer chases after him on foot down a sidewalk. A pickup truck driver in an orange shirt jumps out of his vehicle and tackles him, saying, "Where you going hommie!?" The officer catches up and pins the suspect down, handcuffing him.
