Thief mocks police swimming away in canal

VIDEO DESCRIPTION

A suspect accused of stealing a truck escaped from officers and jumped into a nearby canal, swimming on his back and mocking police as they tried to stop him. Despite repeated orders to come out, he refused to comply. Officers eventually entered the water and took him into custody.
