A suspect approached for trespassing with felony warrants throws a dog at an Officer and attempts to run away. He ran into a nearby apartment and briefly detained a female resident before she escapes and he's arrested. He faces his original felony warrants in addition to new charges including false imprisonment and battery upon a peace officer.
