An unusual incident occurred at an electronics store when a customer insisted on carrying a large television up an escalator despite being offered safer alternatives. According to witnesses, the man lifted the TV too high while standing below it on the moving escalator, causing it to hit a wall and fold, pinning a worker on the other side to escalator. The television, valued at around 250,000 rubles, was severely damaged. A store employee suffered bruises but avoided serious injury. The issue of who will cover the damages is still being resolved.
