Severed high voltage line falls on man

A severed high voltage cable falls down on a group of walking people. As one man gets hit on his head, the end of the line falls on another man's jacket and it immediately starts to smoke. As everybody runs aside and the man takes off his heavily damaged jacket, the line starts sparking in the middle of the street.
