A guy rides a dirt bike into an apartment complex parking lot and wipes out, falling on his side, off the bike as a police car chases him. He starts to run on foot through the parking lot as a police officer chases him on foot. The guy running drops his phone as a woman yells, "Get his phone!' Someone else takes the dirt bike.
