Police catch thief running across freeway

Police intercepted two men accused of breaking into a building and stealing goods before trying to flee on bicycles under a bridge. One suspect was caught immediately, while the other ran away on foot. A patrol officer later spotted him crossing an interstate and arrested him there. Officers also found a large bag filled with stolen merchandise.
