A local road agency put security camera after they kept finding traffic cones in a middle of the road. They were amazed that the culprit was a Kea parrot. These birds are considered to be one of the smartest on planet. The company was even more surprised that the mischievous bird did it to stop the oncoming cars, so it could get more food.
