Officers knock on the window of a man sleeping in his parked car. The man turns out to be an off-duty police officer. He tells the officers that stopped him that he is going straight home, however he keeps repeating this with slurred speech and avoiding the officer's questions. He gets out of the car and fails sobriety tests before being arrested.
