Man pulled over for arresting police officer

Police pull over a man they see using emergency lights to pull into traffic in a retired police cruiser. When they pull him over he is wearing a full replica uniform with a badge and claims to be an off duty officer. He is given a citation and allowed to leave and make a court appearance.
