Man crashes into van after woman taunts him

A woman blocks an intersection with her van, walks out and starts digging in the passenger door. A driver behind her is unable to make a turn and grows impatient. The woman suddenly taunts him and gives him the middle finger. The man reacts instantly and just rams his car into the van, nearly injuring the woman.
