A rooftop repair turned hazardous when a metal water tank being replaced was blown off a six-story building by strong winds and struck the front of a passing car. The driver managed to brake in time, avoiding injury, though the vehicle sustained minor scratches. Police responded promptly, clearing the debris and documenting the incident. Both parties later reached a private settlement after coordination at the scene.
