Gas cylinder with worker on it takes off

VIDEO DESCRIPTION

A gas cylinder starts leaking while a worker welds a new valve while sitting on it. Almost immediately the tank takes off like a rocket, throwing the man off, shoots into a wall across the scrap yard and explodes there. The worker was left with non life threatening injuries.
