A man attempts to set off firecrackers on his balcony and places a sheet of newspaper underneath to protect the floor tiles from smoke stains. After lighting the fuse and shutting the door, a sudden gust of wind flips the paper and redirects the firecracker horizontally toward the wall. The device detonates against the surface, blasting a hole through the wall and leaving burn marks. Next moment, the main explosion blasts off the whole section of the balcony.
