A trooper pulled over a driver who was swerving on the road. The man showed attitude, using his phone and ignoring the officer’s commands to step out of the vehicle. When he refused and became aggressive, the trooper calmly restrained him, took him to the ground, threw his phone aside, and arrested him. The driver was charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
