Police were called to a bar about a drunk woman wandering through the locked part of the building. When an officer went upstairs, the woman was jumping down after climbing into a window sill as two men help her down. When she jumps down and sees the officer she tries to give him a kiss and he pushes her back. She is arrested for public intoxication and trespassing, having climbed to a dangerous height in an off limits part of the building.
