Drunk driver escape by car and foot arrest

Police pulled over a suspected drunk driver at a stop light and attempted to get the him out of the truck. The suspect drove away, nearly hitting a motorcycle. The suspect then parked in a lot behind a comic book story and tried to escape on foot before being captured. He was arrested for drunk driving and other charges.
