After the tree is cut, it falls on one of the workers // These events took place in a small village, named Yappil, outside of St. Petersburg in October. The shooter was on the way with his daughter to her gymnastics competition, when he noticed the workers acting drunk, while trying to cut down a tree. So, they were just passing by. He said that it looked like the guy had a slight concussion, but he rebounded pretty quickly and went back to work.
