Body camera footage shows officers catching three teenagers using a skimming device on a gas pump to steal credit card data from customers. The suspects withdrew money from multiple ATMs in several hours using the stolen information. After one victim reported suspicious activity, law enforcement identified the suspects and initiated a pursuit.
