CCTV footage captured a harrowing moment when two individuals narrowly escaped a gas explosion caused by an LPG cylinder leak in their home. As gas fissured from the valve, a woman was seen dragging the cylinder toward an open door before abandoning the attached hose. Seconds later, a man and woman tried to shut off the valve, but a sudden spark near a stove triggered an explosion. Fortunately, both escaped unharmed. Experts noted that open windows and doors likely prevented a larger disaster by allowing the gas to dissipate. It’s believed the stove ignited the gas upon contact with the spark.
