Police track a double murder suspect and find him walking down a street. They give commands to surrender and take his hands out of his pockets, "Show me your hands! Get your hands out of your pocket!" When he fails to comply the officer opens the door to his squad car and opens fire, shooting the suspect who falls to the ground.
