Officers in a squad car pursue a murder suspect down a street and then jump out of the vehicle on foot and run after the man in a red shirt and red shorts with matching red sneakers. As they scream, "get on the ground!" the suspect fires at officers, nearly missing them and one officer tackles the suspect to the sidewalk as the other levels his gun and fires into him. After officers handcuff him, they call for medical attention to the suspect that was shot.
