While chasing a murder suspect through a park and down a paved bicycle path, two officers run after him but come across a man on a bicycle and ask to use it. The man agrees and the officer jumps on and speeds after the suspect, riding back onto city streets and radioing into dispatch to alert other officers in pursuit of the location of the man on a yellow bike. He finally catches up as an officer in a cruiser apprehends the suspect and is putting him under arrest on the ground.
