A bizarre acting man growls and yells at a police officer to shut up as he is warned, "I'm going to tase you!" The man walks behind a telephone poll and starts hitting it, batting around it. He is told to stop again and when he starts moving toward the officer he is tased but it has no effect as he drops to the ground and then pops back up. They walk through an alley and the man starts to run but keeps growling. Finally he gets down to the ground after a chase and is apprehended.
