A police officer enters a liquor store and confront a man standing at a snack cake stand. He puts his handsa on the snack stand as officers question him. He then stands up and starts to struggle with officers who they say they thought was concealing a gun. He then runs away into the store and an officer levels his weapon and opens fire, the suspect returns fire. The officers retreat outside to call for backup. A shootout ensues and they eventually catch the suspect hiding behind a car
