A dramatic moment when an officer rammed a patrol car into an armed suspect during a pursuit. The suspect had fired a weapon at a vehicle, leading officers on foot and vehicle after encounters in a parking lot. During the chase the officer struck the fleeing suspect at around 10-19 mph, causing the suspect to fall and drop a firearm. He was arrested on multiple charges including shooting at an occupied vehicle and firearms offenses.
