A man dressed as a clown was arrested after causing a disturbance at a shopping plaza. The individual, who had been previously banned from the property, returned and began loitering while yelling to himself. Upon police arrival, he resisted officers’ attempts to remove him, leading to a physical altercation. During the arrest, one officer remarked, “You look like a clown,” to which the man retorted, “I am a clown, stupid.” Further investigation revealed he was carrying additional clown costumes and a flare gun. He was charged with trespassing and resisting an officer with violence.
