A man was washing his windshield at a gas station when a speeding car lost control and rolled. He was struck in the lower leg by the car as it tumbled over. He was not seriously injured. His truck was also damaged in the accident along with a street light pole. The driver of the car involved was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver will be cited for Reckless Driving as his minimum speed was at least 65 miles per hour in the 40 mile per hour zone, No Operators License, No Proof of Insurance and Expired Registration.
