VIDEO DESCRIPTION

At a middle school dismissal time school surveillance captures a driver disregarding the crossing guard's commands to wait for students to pass. The driver decides he will drive through the crosswalk while the crossing guard is standing there and a student was attempting to cross. The next day officer body cameras capture when Deputies locate the vehicle parked in the bus loop and attempted contact for an arrest. After several minutes, the man refuses to step out of the vehicle and the deputy ends up having to break the window and assist the driver out to be arrested.
