Car drives head on at cop car in snow

During a snow storm on a winter night a car drives down the wrong side of the road, almost hitting a police car head on. The officer has to pull over suddenly and then turns around, lights on to pull over the driver who ends up pulling onto a sidewalk, the visibility conditions in the winter storm are so bad. The driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated.
