VIDEO DESCRIPTION

Footage captured a driver, visibly intoxicated, losing control of their vehicle and driving onto the sidewalk outside a bar. The vehicle halted only after striking a tree, narrowly missing patrons seated at outdoor tables. No injuries were reported. Witnesses intervened to prevent the driver from fleeing the scene. A breathalyzer test confirmed the driver was intoxicated. Authorities also discovered the vehicle’s registration documents were significantly expired, resulting in the vehicle being impounded and the driver taken in for processing.
