A young woman pulled over for erratic driving is questioned on the side of the road by a police officer. She is wearing a long sweater covering her bottom half, and nothing else, resulting in her flashing the policeman when she lifts up the shirt. After failing a sobriety test she is put in the back of the squad car where she manages to slip out of her handcuffs, the officer warning her that if she is going to get additional charges if she keeps doing that.
