Police received a call that a person hit his car in a parking lot. When officers arrived, the suspect struggled to answer questions coherently or follow instructions and had to pull his pants up. The suspect admitted to officers that he already had four DUIs. He was was instructed to walk out of his car and fell over. He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and then to jail for drunk driving.
