An intoxicated man is walking down the middle of a highway. Police stop him and put him in the back of a squad car. After a few minutes the suspect hits his head repeatedly against the car window. The police car pulls over. The handcuffed prisoner is able to smash the window and climb out. He doesn't get far as cops from a 2nd car immediately grab him as he ties to flee.
